Choose incorrent RMA, (3 pending)

Click the RMA you want to fix

Next step is to directly click comments..

1. In this case they are complaining about wrong serialnumber
2 Next, go back to Info and correct the serialnumber there.

Correct the serialnumber then Save

Don´t miss this step!

Very important: Click corrected (1) then (2) Save. This is for the dispatcher/verifier to see that you have corrected the RMA.

RMA order -17 is fixed. Now you can correct other RMA or close.
