Check if you are approved by supplier.
Step 1
Click on -> Maintanence -> RMA -> Dispatchers
On the right you can see “My dispatchers”.
(1) The only dispacher you can create RMA orders is “Kjaerulff 1 AB, Sweden”.
(2) The dispacher JVC hasn’t approved your application yet.
(3) Pioneer has approved your applacation but you must accept the agreement – see below.
Step 2
Click on the link “Waiting”
Read through the agreement .
(1) Make a tick to approve
(2) Click “Approve”
You are now able to create RMA orders for this dispatcher.
